Eroticism brings out the carnivorous beast inside of us all, even if we are not aware of its existence. At least with those people who are not repressed to their sexual drives by the time they reach that age group where it truly shines. Anime has been having no shortage of shows that try to tap into these drives in recent seasons. To which I will go against the majority by saying: There is nothing wrong with that. Especially whenever they are just as fun, sexy, and hilarious as Okusama ga Seitokaichou!

Oregairu Season 2 Review
Delicate friendships grow gradually over time when you first meet people with who you may or may not get along. That is the case for the characters that inhabit Oregairu, or SNAFU. Dysfunctional and down-to-earth in their inner characterization, it’s an anime about as slice of life as one can get. With its stunning debut exceeding expectations for many people, me included, it was evident that we needed to see what was next in our journey through complicated, awkward friendships. Sometimes a change in tone from the previous season to the next one can be a good thing for a series. This depends on the show in question. The writers want to take a different direction on where the plot is going and change the atmosphere. As long as they keep adding new elements to the story that doesn’t detract from what makes it suitable, that can be a welcoming change. Just don’t assume everyone will be 100% on board with it. However, they were story-driven narratives that people took very seriously and wanted to know how the story and world would continue with the following season. One that didn’t fit into this category was the sequel to the popular harem anime from 2014 called Nisekoi. Treading on the dark abyss can be an enormous task to take. It is a never-ending ride that can only be described in the most torturous terminology. This abyss that I am telling formed around 2006 by the name of Fate Stay Night. Not the visual novel, mind you, but the adaptation of one of the routes contained in it. It is called an abyss because it was hated by almost everybody and their mother with its boring and mind-numbingly boring presentation. All it would take to rationalize the problem is to realize that Type-Moon was lazy with giving its adaptation in the hands of a studio that probably didn’t have the authenticity it needed to showcase the grand scale of the Fate series. It only took Type-Moon nearly ten years to revitalize this by going on a different route with Unlimited Blade Works.
