10. Carol Olston – Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko!

I loved her random, quirky humor and delightful personality. Of course, being voiced by Sally Amaki in both the subbed AND dubbed versions makes her even more precious!

9. Every Maid in Megami no Café Terrace

I grouped them all together here because they work as one unit of cuteness, just like a workplace falls apart without the comradery of its employees.

8. Every girl in Isekai Nonbiri Nouka

I put this one together because I could not choose which girl I liked the most. It’s almost like choosing which daughter was my favorite; I don’t want to offend any of the ones I didn’t choose.

7. Shiori Katase – Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi

The archetypical senpai girl. We have seen many like her, but when they hit that sweet spot in your heart, you can’t help but glee with cuteness.

6. Ai Mie – Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta

The character design gets all of the attention with the shiny, bright colors. However, her personality was what sold me to Ai-chan. Again, we’ve seen this simple, quiet girl character many times. But, eventually, it managed to pull my heartstrings tightly as the anime went on.

5. Cecilia – Shiro Seijo to Kuro Bokushi

Nun girls are horribly underrepresented in anime lately. Cecilia’s moe-tastic personality is the biggest reason I kept up with the anime, and I’m glad I stuck with it.

4. Kaede Hozuki – Oniichan wa Oshimai!

This gif is all the explanation you need on why I put her on this spot. A picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes.

3. 2B – NieR:Automata Ver1.1a

Yes. I know this is a video game character, so it might break my rule of having original characters on here. But I said it was only for anime and not games. So, technically, she counts! Also, you can’t ever have a list without 2B if it involves cuteness or sexiness.

2. Nagisa Kubo – Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai

I admit that I only put her in second place because of Kana Hanazawa. The fact that I haven’t heard her voice as a main girl in ages just evoked so many nostalgic emotions in me.

If you know me, tomboys are my favorite character type. Tomo-chan is the best tomboy character to come out of anime in quite some time. Her boyish charms and hilarious outbursts at her friends and the boyfriend she was trying to make a move on always put a smile on my face.
