Eroticism brings out the carnivorous beast inside of us all, even if we are not aware of its existence. At least with those people who are not repressed to their sexual drives by the time they reach that age group where it truly shines. Anime has been having no shortage of shows that try to tap into these drives in recent seasons. To which I will go against the majority by saying: There is nothing wrong with that. Especially whenever they are just as fun, sexy, and hilarious as Okusama ga Seitokaichou!

Anejiru 2 The Animation Review

Have you ever watched hentai and been instantly turned off by how saturated the whole genre has become with NTR and rape fantasies? They all certainly have their place in the medium, but the party has already far reached its welcome. However, what if I told you that hentai can not only be sexy to fap to but can also be fun to fap to? Well, have I got a perfect gem in store for you.

It is now the passing of another year and time for every anime critic’s favorite part of the year (not really), listing off the best and worst anime this year! Overall, this year has actually been a little bit of a step up compared to 2013. Wouldn’t necessarily call it a magnificent outing, but there have been some significant shows that are worthy of being crowned best all year round. Most of the categories haven’t changed since 2013’s list, with only a few minor iterations to fit 2014 more closely and decided to do only one runner up rather than two in each category.

Meaning, there are shows that may have started in 2013 but still continued on until after the Winter season of 2014 and will be featured on here. And shows that started in 2014 but are still ongoing and will not be featured here because of that. So, without further ado, let us begin! Continue reading

Flourishing aesthetics come a long way in holding a show up from just being average or forgettable. Sometimes loving a show for its robust and energetic personality can be a blessing and a curse. It is that time of the season again. Where that legendary anime studio that every anime fan and their mother knows the name of, Shaft, comes with another adaptation where they put their technical chops into. Regardless of whatever manga or light novel they want to adapt, especially when Akiyuki Shinbo is the head of the production, they always want to shift their spin to make it their unique vision. The results are either really good or very mediocre. Thankfully, Shaft’s recent show, Nisekoi, is one of those on their filmography that deserves to be on the firmer side of the spectrum.
